SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS

As the name suggests, this class meets to discuss issues of particular importance to women.  This is a wonderfully supportive group.

Current Studies:
Denise Weaver and Alice Swanstone will be leading the group using the Celebrate Recovery leader’s guide.  This is a Biblically-based program that will lead us in exploring how God can help us overcome many issues that can separate us from a healthy relationship with Him.  Please join us over the summer as we strengthen our relationship with God.

Past Studies:
One of the more recent studies done by this group was based on Max Lucado's book, Six Hours On Friday.  Another recent focus was on Turkey Soup for the Soul by Rhonda Rhea.  The lessons were humorous with a Biblical application.  During the Lenten and Easter seasons, the class used the book The Helper by Catherine Marshall. Marshall gives a revealing introduction to the Holy Spirit and shares pertinent Scripture, prayers, and insights into this mysterious Person of the Godhead.
