Special Music for our Worship Services

Wesley has a whole slew of folks who are talented in the musical area. If you are one of them, we want to hear you use your talents in service!  Our new Special Music coordinator is Tammy Nilges, chosen because she has connections to people in both services which might make finding the talent a little easier.

Musicians - Take Note: In an effort to coordinate Special Music, help is needed from all musical groups within the church who have plans to perform.  Please check with Tammy before setting the dates and times for your group as that date may already be filled. Tammy is usually looking for Special Music to fill needed slots about a month in advance.  It would be easy to "over-book" musicians unless good communication is practiced.  This way, it can be coordinated so everyone has an opportunity to share their musical gifts.

Those groups which play or sing on a regular basis are:

Chancel Choir - 3rd Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 2nd & 4th Sundays at 11:00 a.m.

Wesley Stars - every other month, 4th Sundays (March and May) - 8:30 a.m.

Kristal Bells - every other month, 4th Sundays (April);

Special Music is not needed on the first Sunday of the month when Holy Communion is celebrated.
