Wesley Handbells - Peals of PraiseUPDATE: The Wesley Ringers have joined forces with the hand bell players at First United Methodist Church as of Fall 2011. The members of the choir will work together to bring music to both churches using different combinations of players at each performance. This bell choir has been sharing its rhythmic sound with the congregation more frequently in the last year or so. They play old favorite carols at Christmas time, stirring hymns during Lent, and exciting songs that take your breath away in between. From the tinkling of the highest tiny bell to the bonging of the largest bass bell, this is music that delights our ears and resonates in our hearts. REHEARSALS: Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m.in the Chapel of 1st UMC (Through end of October)
