Valerie Salenski
Office Coordinator

Valerie is the Office Coordinator and Financial Secretary at Wesley.  She handles the many day-to-day office duties, publishes the newsletter and bulletins, and records the financial contributions for the congregation.  Chances are, if you call or drop by the church Valerie will be the first person you encounter.  Mrs. Salenski joined our church staff on February 4, 2008.

Valerie's past work experience also includes the distinction of being the first female to hold the position of Assistant Manager within the Gamble-Scogmo Corporation.

Most recently, Valerie was on staff at the Salvation Army where she used many of the same skills that she brings to Wesley United Methodist Church.

Valerie grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and lived in several locations within the state.  Her husband, Dave, is also from Michigan. In 1990 they moved to South Carolina where they operated a Christian school and in 1994 moved to Missouri to help start another.  They also home schooled for a few years.

Valerie and Dave have four grown children and three grandchildren all of whom live in other states.

Church office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
