CONFIRMATION CLASS
For our 7th and 8th graders and those who have not been confirmed.
Winter – Spring 2010

During Confirmation Class we will reflect what it means to be a follower of Christ and a full member of a United Methodist Church.  We will also learn about the sacraments of Holy Communion and Baptism.  We will dig a little deeper into our own faith tradition, but we will also talk about the way other faith traditions worship God.  We will travel to St. Louis for "Bishop's Day."

Rev. Williams will lead the Confirmation Journey on Sunday afternoons this spring.  Meeting times will be 4:00-5:30 p.m.

There will be a short Orientation Meeting with both parents and confirmands on Sunday, January 17, 2010 to distribute materials and share expectations.  This will begin at 12:15 p.m. and last only about 30 minutes.

Sunday, January 31 - First Confirmation Class

Fri-Sat, Feb 19-20 - Bishop's Day in St. Louis

Sunday, April 25 - Confirmation Sunday
